Please note that we are not affiliated with Alberta or the Ministry of Transportation. By using our road test booking service, you acknowledge and agree to pay an administration and processing fee for the facilitation of your appointment.
Our Service Commitment
Many Alberta testing locations are fully booked for months. We understand how frustrating and time-consuming it can be to find a suitable appointment. Our service is designed to save you valuable time by eliminating the need for constant manual checks on the Alberta website.
Using our innovative booking system and dedicated team, we monitor test center availability day and night to secure openings that match your preferences. While we cannot guarantee exact date or time matches (especially if another customer has submitted a similar request just before yours), we strive to book a suitable slot within 15 days of your request.
We prioritize speed and efficiency, often securing appointments within minutes of becoming available—ideal for those in need of a last-minute or expedited booking.
How It Works
Upon receiving your request and payment, our team immediately begins the search for an available road test based on your provided preferences.
Once a matching appointment is located, we secure it instantly and notify you via email.
Please ensure that your email address is accurate and monitored frequently. We are not responsible for missed notifications or no-shows.
In rare instances, if no suitable appointment is found, it means the requested slot is unavailable. All requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Inclement weather
Alberta Registry policy changes
Unfit or ineligible vehicles
Missing documentation
If your road test is canceled due to any of the above, we cannot issue refunds.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 9, 2025
1. General Policy
1.1 We operate a strict no refund and no cancellation policy once a booking is confirmed.
1.2 We will attempt to schedule your road test within 2 weeks of order placement, provided all required information is accurate and complete.
1.3 If all correct information is provided and we are unable to book your road test, a full refund will be issued.
1.4 While we consider your preferred dates, the final booking is subject to actual availability in your selected city. We cannot guarantee specific time slots.
1.5 Orders will be automatically closed after 3 months from the order date if no response is received from the customer. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
1.6 Eligible refund requests (if applicable) will be processed within 4–10 business days from submission.
2. Conditions and Limitations
2.1 Refunds are not provided in full if your request is missing critical information, such as your valid driver’s license number or expiry date.
2.2 If you need to reschedule, you may:
Do so yourself via the Alberta Registry website, or
Use our rescheduling service by paying a $58.00 rebooking fee via E-transfer to info@albertadrivetest.ca.

2.3 We are not liable for road test cancellations resulting from:
Alberta Registry examiner unavailability
Weather conditions
Client’s failure to meet Alberta Registry test requirements
2.4 Once a booking confirmation email is sent to you, no refunds are issued. Please monitor your email for updates and check your spam/junk folders.
2.5 Customers may include special notes or unavailable dates when placing an order. However, these notes cannot be modified after booking is complete.
Administration Fee
An administration fee is included in all bookings. This covers:
Continuous monitoring of test slots
Securing the most suitable date and location
Changing appointments (when permitted)
Personalized support and road test guidance
Alberta Registry Cancellations, rebooking and no-show policy
- If you are late to your appointment or fail to show up, you will not receive a refund. You will be responsible for paying for a new road test.
- If you need to cancel your road test you must do it during business hours prior to the registry’s specified timeline. Contact the registry where you are taking your test for more information. Depending on the registry location, there may a fee associated with this.

- Rescheduling is only allowed for up to months from the originally scheduled appointment date.
- If you do not meet eligibility requirements, do not have required documentation or if the vehicle you provide for your road test is deemed unsafe you are not eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for a new road test.
- If you are unsure whether you meet the requirements, please visit us in person to confirm your eligibility.
- Driver examiners may cancel a road test on short notice or onsite due to poor weather conditions as determined by the driver examiner. If your exam is cancelled due to poor or unsafe weather conditions you will be able to reschedule the test at no additional fee. If you are not comfortable completing your road test in weather or road conditions deemed acceptable by the driver examiner, you will not receive a refund. You will be responsible for paying for a new road test.
- Driver examiners can cancel the road test if they feel that you are unsafe to drive due to a physical or cognitive impairment or suspect that you are impaired by alcohol or drugs. If a test is cancelled for these reasons, you will not receive a refund. You will be responsible for paying for a new road test.
- If the Registry Agent is unable to provide a road test for a booked appointment, you will have the option of rescheduling.

By using our service, you authorize us to:
Search for Alberta road test appointment slots on your behalf.
Book a road test using the information you provide.
You understand that the actual availability of road test slots is controlled by the Alberta Registry and subject to change without notice.
3. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for:
The availability or unavailability of Alberta road test slots
Cancellations made by the Alberta Registry due to weather, staffing, or policy changes
Missed appointments due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
Test cancellations resulting from the use of unfit vehicles, invalid documentation, or failure to meet Alberta Registry testing criteria
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete personal information, including your driver’s license number and expiry date
Monitoring your email inbox and spam folder for communications related to your booking
Attending your scheduled road test on time and with all required documentation and a suitable vehicle
5. Refunds and Cancellations
We operate under a strict no-refund, no-cancellation policy, except in cases where all correct information is provided and we are unable to book a road test within the specified time frame.
6. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:
Your use of or inability to use our service
Any booking made on your behalf
Any errors or omissions in your information submission
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service.
