Please provide the correct information licence no. and expiry date like in the red box or upload a picture of this area or a full picture. Your MVID is not the same as your driver’s licence number. You will find this 9-digit number on the bottom of your current operator’s licence, right above the bar code as shown in this sample illustration.

We are a third-party booking service provider. We do not operate, manage, or control the road tests or registries.
All road tests are conducted by authorized registry agents, and all policies, decisions, and requirements are set by the registry where your test is scheduled.
We are not responsible for:
Road test outcomes
Registry cancellations
Policy enforcement
Examiner decisions
Eligibility issues or vehicle rejections
By booking through our platform, you agree to the registry’s rules and policies as outlined below.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
Late Arrivals or No-Shows
If you are late or do not show up, the booking is forfeited with no refund.
You must pay for a new appointment.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made during business hours and within the timeline required by the registry.
Cancellation rules and fees vary by location. Contact the registry directly for full details.
Late cancellations are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling must also follow the registry’s specific time requirements and conditions.
Fees may apply depending on the registry.
Rescheduling is typically allowed only within a limited time from your original booking date.
Eligibility & Vehicle Requirements
You will not receive a refund if:
You do not meet eligibility criteria.
You fail to bring the required documents.
Your vehicle is unsafe or non-compliant.
A new appointment and payment will be required in such cases.
Please check with the registry before your appointment if you are unsure of your eligibility.
Weather or Safety Cancellations
Registry examiners may cancel a road test at any time due to unsafe weather or road conditions.
If the examiner cancels due to weather, you can reschedule at no cost.
If you choose not to proceed under conditions that the examiner deems safe, no refund will be issued.
Impairment or Safety Concerns
Examiners may cancel your test if you appear impaired or unsafe to drive (e.g., under the influence or unfit).
If a test is cancelled for these reasons, no refund will be given. You will need to rebook and repay.
Registry-Initiated Cancellations
If a Registry Agent cancels your road test due to internal issues, you will be allowed to reschedule at no extra charge.
Final Note
Our role is strictly to assist in booking your test. All road test services, requirements, and decisions are handled solely by the registry where the test is conducted.
We do not issue refunds or make exceptions for policies enforced by the registry.
